And a small number of exited founders, who sit on your side of the table for the company, not for a fee.

Not for

Advisers, brokers, or anyone who would treat the room as a pipeline. Nothing is sold inside Rare Company, and nobody in the room wants your money.

    A few key details - who you are, what you've built, and where you're heading. No essays.

    We read everything

    Every request is read by the founders, in confidence, and every request is answered. There is no screening software and no junior gatekeeper.

    A conversation

    We talk - about your business, your timing, and whether the room as it stands can genuinely help you. It is as much your chance to weigh us.

  4. 4.
    Weighed against the room

    A seat is considered against the membership as it stands - including by the members you would sit alongside. Fit protects everyone's time, yours included.

  5. 5.
    An invitation - or an honest “not yet”

    If the room can help, we'll offer you a seat. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so plainly, and the door stays open.

What does it cost?

£1,000 a month, on a twelve-month term. The fee is typically treated as a business expense. There is no joining fee and no percentage of your sale.

Is it genuinely private?

Wanting to sell is the most commercially sensitive fact about your business. So confidentiality is not a feature of Rare Company; it is the precondition. No notes, no quotes, no exceptions.

How do I join?
